Europelien akkreditointi

HJK:n europelien osalta kaikkia medioita pyydetään akkredioitumaan ottelua edeltävänä päivänä klo 13.00 mennessä osoitteeseen hjktiedotus(a)gmail.com.

Akkreditoinnissa tulee ilmoittaa työtehtävissä otteluun saapuvien henkilöiden nimet ja puhelinnumerot sekä työnantajan tai toimeksiantajan nimi ja vastuuhenkilö. Mitä tarkempi työtehtäväkuvaus ja julkaisuajankohta, sitä todennäköisemmin akkreditointi onnistuu.

Sonera Stadiumin rajallisten median työskentely- ja istumapaikkojen takia etusijalla akkreditoinnissa ovat ottelussa varsinaisissa työtehtävissä olevat henkilöt. Ottelutapahtuman Press-kaulalapun saa Sonera Stadiumin Media-ovelta henkilöllisyystodistusta vastaan oven avauduttua noin 1,5 tuntia ennen ottelun alkua.

 

Accreditation information

All media representatives are asked to apply for an accreditation(s) to HJK Helsinki’s matches in European club competitions. All accreditations should arrive to hjktiedotus(a)gmail.com before 13.00 on the day before the match day.

All accreditations should include the names of the media representatives that are on a given assignment, their mobile numbers and the name of the media and a contact person from the media organisation or department. The more specific job description and date of release, the more likely confirmed accreditation.

Since the limited amount of media working space and seats in the media stand, all media representatives that are on an assignment specifically to that particular match are prioritized. Match press cards are given after proof of identity by the Sonera Stadium media door some 1,5 hours before the kick-off.
